All prices include heating, walking and food, 10% off the invoice for 2 animals sharing from the same family.

Deposits and Cancellations.

At the time of booking your pet into the kennels/cattery a non-refundable 50% deposit is required, this is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.  The remaining balance is payable when dropping your pet off with us.  

PAYMENTS TO BE TAKEN WHEN DROPPING OFF.

If you cancel your booking within 21 days of your pet arriving we researve the right to charge a cancellation fee.  The cancellation fee will be the outstanding balance of your booking.

PLEASE NOTE CHRISTMAS DAY, BOXING DAY AND NEW YEARS DAY ARE CHARGED AT DOUBLE PRICE.

Charges made include day of arrival and day of departure.  At peak times you will be charged for the full booking.

We would kindly ask visitors to respect our opening and closing hours.

This ensures that our guests are given time to have their exercise

and staff have time to complete the daily routine.

All Dogs and cats must be fully vaccinated including kennel cough.
